Allow me to get political on you. I just glanced at a headline that a Catholic Archbishop has been kidnapped in Iraq. It just reminded me of how well it's going over there. I must ask, when are people here going to understand that we're never going to win this? We're never going to kill all the "insurgents" or eliminate "terrorism" from that area. Every time we kill someone over there wether they're "bad" or "civilian" we create another person who hates our military in their neighborhood. We think that by killing people and blowing stuff up in thir town that we're making all the Iraqi people happy and love America again, that's utter bullshit! The only reason they were the slightest bit glad to see us show up is that we're one step above Saddam, we've still killed innocent people, blown up the wrong buildings, acted like fat, selfish, abbrasive Americans at every step and used the whole stuation as an excuse to get more money. I really really doubt that the Iraqis were dreaming of a smoldering wasteland with a McDonalds and a Starbucks in it when they dreamt of freedom. I think they probly just wanted to be able to do what they wanted to do with their lives, but now with us over there they still don't have that right. It's still as bad as it ever was and it's never going to get better until we leave. And even then it won't get better because no one over there cares about human life and they can't relax and stop carrying on eon old fueds about who gets to live where and who's practicing the "right" kind of Islam. It's like sticking your hand in a jar of bees then getting mad at the bees for stinging you. More to come...

Let's develop an energy source as an alternative to oil so that we can take their honey away. That would work better than sticking our hands in.
Damn straight.
